Rising to the challenge of INTERCHANGE 2020
Zeenia describes her experience in the virtual INTERCHANGE 2020 competition an annual BUILD elective Virtual Employability and Entrepreneurial Challenge.

INTERCHANGE 2020 was one of the BUILD elective events in which I participated and got the opportunity to become a problem-solver, build entrepreneurial thinking, and enhance my leadership skills. INTERCHANGE 2020 was an excellent virtual challenge where I collaborated with my team members, who were the students of the best seven universities of NSW, to solve a real-world problem.
Our team worked with an accomplished business mentor who guided us when we encountered any doubt while preparing our video pitch for the pitch night. Our team benefited from the help and expertise of leading facilitators, a project mentor, and special guest speakers along the way.
“By learning how to quickly make decisions and deploy innovative technology-based strategies, I qualified for the future of work.”
Zeenia
By learning how to quickly make decisions and deploy innovative technology-based strategies, I qualified for the future of work. By attending Virtual Summits, Virtual Mastermind sessions, and planning video pitches using the new technology tools, I developed my confidence and capacity in digital literacy and essential technical skills.
For me, INTERCHANGE 2020 was a great chance to discover some of my secret abilities and collaborate with hundreds of students from world-class universities who had common interests at the same time. Undoubtedly, this experience will be beneficial for my academic progress.
